Are you having a problem with one of our mobile apps. Below are some easy recommendations. If you are still experiencing a problem with your app please use our contact us page..

Restart your iPhone iPad or Android device. Press and hold the top "power" button, next side over the red power off for iPhone or select "Power off" for Android. Then repeat to restart.

Make sure your device is up to date with the operating system.

Delete the app and download it again from iTunes or Android Market.
If the app uses the internet please make sure you have Wi-Fi or 3G connection.

Google Checkout Support

Did Google Android declined your payment? or is the app not downloading? In Google Checkout. Please double check the credit card numbers, expiration date and 3 digit security code. If it all looks OK you may have to use a different card.

If all else fails, cancel your order, do a full restart of your device and download a fresh copy.
